Due to an ongoing overwhelming demand for our products there may be a short delay in shipping. You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Lynxmotion.com does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends (including Friday) and holidays. We ship Monday through Thursday, reserving Friday for running production and research and development. Orders received after 12:00 PM Central Time Zone on Thursday will not even be seen until the following Monday! So please, don't call on Monday asking about the status of an order you placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday.
We use Address Verification as a method of fraud protection. Please make sure your billing address is the address your credit card statements are mailed to! If there is an error with your order, our first attempt at contact will be through email. Please make sure your email address is accurate and you check it!
