Peak charges NiCad and NiMH 5 - 10 cell battery packs with either 900mA or 1.8amp charging rates. The charger has automatic V(Delta Peak) cutoff and automatic trickle charge. This charger plugs into the wall for 110VAC operation. (USA only). Note that the chargers themselves indicate two ranges of 7.2V to 12V and 6V to 12V. We have used these for a long time to charge 6V batteries.
